CareerPetal provides organization, practice, evidence, and educational tools. Outputs are not legal, financial, immigration, employment, or hiring advice, and CareerPetal does not make employment decisions for employers.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CareerPetal the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content for requested features. Publishing or sharing is separate from saving private drafts.

Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, scrape restricted data, upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate others, expose credentials, or use CareerPetal to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.

Paid features, when enabled, are billed through the displayed commerce provider. Prices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are shown during checkout and remain subject to applicable consumer law.

We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. Provider-gated features may remain unavailable until the relevant provider, legal, security, or human-review requirements are satisfied.

We may restrict access for material misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using CareerPetal and request account deletion at any time.

CareerPetal is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or career outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss and mandatory rights remain unaffected.
